Consumer Satisfaction Survey

Towards attaining more communication between the Agency and the customers & ensure the quality of the technical and administrative services provided by the electric utility, The Electric Utility Regulator and Consumer Protection Agency in collaboration with The Egyptian Cabinet Information & Decision Support Center has conducted a survey to measure the degree of customers satisfaction for the level of services, as well as consumers awareness of their rights, duties and the extent of their knowledge about the programs and the different rationalized objectives.
